The hotel side of jambo house is reopening august 26 but i was able to stay there last week in the disney vacation club section of the resort.The shuttle is still running between jambo and kidani so it's pretty easy to access the gift shop at kidani.There are still over 950 guest rooms in the jambo house as part of disney's animal kingdom lodge.There is just something about the original animal kingdom lodge that never ceases to draw me in.
